Are you ready to support executives, entrepreneurs, and project managers at the highest level?Possible Tasks in Our Cross-Industry Client Projects:Interface function with all management levels, clients, and teams (stakeholder management)Project coordination project management office (the PMO is the organizational backbone of any large-scale project)Creation and revision of professional presentations and charts for a C-Level audience.Reporting and controlling tasksPreparation and follow-up of meetings and workshopsBesides PMO projects, we also have some projects that are solely Executive Support being a virtual PA / EA with focus on calendar managementProven work experience in an assistant or PMO role (project assistant, junior project manager, PMO consultant, project controlling, executive assistant, virtual assistant)Strong multitasking and time management skills, enjoyment in second-line managementHands-on mentality, flexibility, and willingness to travel to Germany if neededConfident communication and professional demeanor when interacting with demanding executivesProficient in Microsoft365 and affinity for modern tools (e.g.
SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Miro)Successfully completed studies (e.g., humanities, social sciences, business administration, foreign languages) or completed vocational trainingNice to have: experience with agile PM methods like Scrum and any project management certificates such as IPMA, Prince2 etc.What We Offer:The friendly and open team at PLU supports you behind the scenes during the projects.
