Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteWe are looking for an intern who can have a development experience within the HR Team.
The resource will have the chance to experiment directly with a 360° experience on the following topics:People management processesHR AdministrationTalent acquisitionEmployee developmentHealth SafetyEmployee relationsEmployee engagementThe main tasks that will be assigned are:Support the HR organization in daily administration tasksSupport the implementation of the main engagement activitiesSupport the HR team on Health Safety managementSupport the HR team on talent management (training development)Analysis and reporting on the main HR metricsThe candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated with a med-device multinational company.Minimal Requirements:Degree in Economics or LawFluent in Italian, English, both written and oralGood knowledge of Office Package with a specific focus on Excel and PPTGood communication skillsStrong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitudeAttention to details and strong analytical skillsCuriosityPassion for the medical device industryTravel Percentage: None #J-18808-Ljbffr
