Siamo alla ricerca di un Head of Sales per un'azienda leader nel settore delle soluzioni IT.
L'azienda vanta un ottimo posizionamento nel mercato del Nord Italia, con una clientela di alto profilo che include sia PMI che grandi multinazionali.
Questa risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo della rete commerciale, con l'obiettivo di incrementare il business e consolidare la presenza dell'azienda sul segmento PMI.
Responsabilità Gestire e coordinare il team di vendita, attualmente composto da 10 risorse Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali per incrementare il fatturato sul segmento delle PMI Affiancare e supportare il team nelle trattative più complesse, fornendo una visione chiara e solida delle esigenze del mercato Identificare nuove opportunità di business e sviluppare relazioni con clienti strategici Monitorare le performance di vendita e garantire il raggiungimento dei target assegnati Requisiti Esperienza pregressa in ruoli con responsabilità di team commerciali Esperienza comprovata nella vendita rivolta a PMI in contesti tecnici Esperienza nella gestione delle relazioni commerciali con imprenditori o manager di PMI Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche del mercato PMI in particolare nel Nord Italia Inoltre, la figura ideale dimostra: Energia e capacità di lavorare con dinamismo e proattività, mantenendo alta la motivazione del team Empatia e capacità di comprendere e supportare il team e i clienti, instaurando relazioni solide e di fiducia Sicurezza in sé e nelle proprie decisioni, ispirando fiducia nel proprio team e nei clienti Leadership nel fornire una direzione chiara al gruppo, guidando il team verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi Autorevolezza e affidabilità con capacità di trasmettere credibilità e di rappresentare al meglio l'azienda Chi è Bezzi & Mazzurana - Executive Search In Bezzi & Mazzurana ci occupiamo di supportare Senior Manager e C-Level nelle loro scelte di carriera, accompagnando i nostri clienti nell'inserimento in azienda dei migliori talenti presenti sul mercato, ponendoci come standard la massima qualità e personalizzazione.
