Control System Technical Trainer

Join our Team Control System Technical Training operates within GTS digital and is responsible for delivering technical training to customers around the globe related to control systems.
Partner with the best Reporting to the Knowledge Services Delivery Leader, the Control System Technical Trainer will contribute to the design, preparation, and delivery of training courses aimed at Baker Hughes Customers' personnel.
The courses will focus on control and operational training on gas turbines, steam turbines, and compressors.
As a Control System Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for: Providing project-specific training for control systems of aeroderivative and heavy-duty gas turbines, steam turbines, and/or compressors to customers worldwide.
Compiling the project-specific training manual by reviewing engineering product and operational data before the training.
Cooperating with project managers to clarify and fine-tune training schedules as well as project-specific training contents.
To be successful in this role you will: Be a Graduate in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
Have proven experience in the Oil & Gas Industry as an Instrumentation & Control System Commissioning Engineer.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Have the flexibility and willingness to travel.
Exhibit self-assurance and an eloquent appearance in front of an audience.
Be fluent in both English and Italian and hold an EU passport.
