Your role
The position is under the Global IT Department - Infrastructure - End User Service EMEA and the main responsibilities are: core technical resource to support daily operations and projects; maintains and constantly improves core technical knowledge; follows established architecture standards; follows established operational processes; participates in project delivery; works in collaboration with the Italian team across all sites and with global IT teams.
Who you are
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or consolidate experience
- +4 years experience in similar roles and work environment
- Technical skills and experience in the EUS (End User Services) area with experience with IT infrastructure (focus on User Work Station & IT Environment) inked to business needs
- Knowledge/Experience in regulated environment (GxP - preferably pharmaceutical environment)
- Fluent English and Italian
- Ability to communicate with business at different level
- Teamworking
