L'inserimento della risorsa nel team Corporate Tax, offrirà l'opportunità di lavorare in un contesto internazionale e multidisciplinare in continua evoluzione.Nell'ambito delle funzioni svolte dall'Ufficio Fiscale del Gruppo OTB, la risorsa, si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:partecipare all'implementazione del PILLAR II;svolgere attività di gruppo relative al Tax Control Framework; attività strategica di pianificazione fiscale per l'Italia e per l'estero;supporto tecnico fiscale in ambito di operazioni straordinarie in Italia e internazionali cross-border; gestione e coordinamento degli incentivi fiscali per il Gruppo (es: credito d'imposta R&D, Patent Box, Industria 4.0, ecc.);gestione delle verifiche fiscali e del contenzioso in Italia e nel Mondo;supporto alle attività relative alle procedure internazionali di APA e di MAP;gestione dei rapporti con le Amministrazioni Fiscali italiana ed estere e con i consulenti locali; supporto ai Financial Managers e CFO delle varie Società del Gruppo per il raggiungimento degli obbiettivi fiscali e per risolvere problematiche fiscali in Italia e nel Mondo;monitoraggio delle potenziali esposizioni di rischio fiscale a livello worldwide per le Società del Gruppo;attività di tax due diligence per acquisizioni di società di capitali;identificazione e massimizzazione delle opportunità fiscali in Italia ed all'estero per tax savings;supporto nell'implementazione di nuovi progetti.Competenze richieste:Esperienza lavorativa 5/10 anni;Prioritariamente svolta all'interno di una società di consulenza internazionale;Esperienza maturata in materia di compliance, finanza agevolata e pareristica nazionale.#OTB #LI-ANRwww.otb.netLocation:Breganze, IT Employment Type: Full time Function: Finance and Administration Seniority: Professional
