Talent Solutions, società del gruppo Manpower in collaborazione con un cliente multinazionale operante nel settore aeronautico è alla ricerca di un/una Plant Quality Manager - Nola La risorsa verrà coinvolta in attività tipiche della funzione Plant Quality Manager quali: gestione, esecuzione e monitoraggio FAI (First Article Inspection); esecuzione e gestione sweep audit sullo shop floor; gestione azioni correttive emerse da NON conformità di prodotto/processo rilevati dal cliente; esecuzione root cause analysis e azioni correttive (progetti di miglioramento prodotto) in seguito a NON conformità rilevate internamente (MRR/BS); creazione/aggiornamento Piani di Controllo o Procedure di Qualità; impostazione e gestione visibilità interna/esterna dei dati di Qualità; preparazione e conduzione di verifiche ispettive interne/cliente/ente terzo; coinvolgimento e supporto nella delibera del prodotto verso il cliente; gestione del rapporto con il cliente presente on site.
Titolo di studio: Laurea o Diploma tecnico Livello di esperienza richiesto (junior, expert, senior, master): junior o expert Competenze tecniche: Buone capacità di lettura ed analisi di disegni e specifiche di prodotto/processo; Conoscenza di metodi di montaggio/fabbricazione; Conoscenza ambito modifiche/configurazione/gestione distinta base engineering e manufacturing; Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di problem solving ed RCCA (es.
8D, WCM tools); Buona conoscenza del Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità (norma EN9100).
Competenze comportamentali: Ottima predisposizione al lavoro di squadra; Buona resistenza al cambiamento; Ottima capacità e predisposizione a lavorare con obiettivi sfidanti; Buona capacità di analisi e problem solving; Buona autonomia nella gestione della propria agenda lavorativa.
Conoscenze linguistiche: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) Conoscenze Informatiche: buona conoscenza di SAP e CATIA V5; ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (word, excel, powerpoint, project).
