Company Description GNOSIS BY LESAFFRE Business Unit
For over 30 years, Lesaffre has been involved in Human Health & Nutrition as part of its ambition to Better Nourish and Protect the Planet.
In November 2018, Lesaffre acquired Gnosis Advanced Biotech and officially combined it with Lesaffre Human Care to form a new Business Unit named Gnosis by Lesaffre.
At Gnosis by Lesaffre, we are committed to cultivating and delivering nutritional actives, probiotics, and nutritional and functional yeasts that benefit human health and wellbeing, thanks to the power of microorganisms and biotransformation processes like fermentation.
Put differently, we explore life to improve living.

Job Description
We are looking for an Intern who will work with our Quality Assurance Team in the management of the following tasks:
Review and archiving of documents with GMP value such as log books, standard operating procedures, and operating instructionsReview of Batch RecordsParticipation in GMP training of departmentsInvolvement in internal and external auditsYou will also develop knowledge on:
Technical skills on GMP; ISO 22000Qualifications Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies, Pharmacy, or ChemistryKnowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Additional Information Fluent in Italian and good level of English (spoken and written)Knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proactive approach and curious about learningThe stage will last 6 months, and it is paidFull Time
