Description du poste La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del servizio IT, Security & Data management. Cerchiamo un/una IT Specialist con una solida esperienza nel settore dell'assistenza agli utenti, della governance IT e con una buona conoscenza degli aspetti legati alla sicurezza informatica. La risorsa ideale si occuperà di:
Assistenza tecnica: Fornire supporto di primo e secondo livello agli utenti, risolvendo problematiche hardware e software. Governance IT: Partecipare attivamente ai processi di gestione e controllo dell'infrastruttura IT, garantendo la conformità agli standard aziendali e alle normative vigenti. Progetti IT: Collaborare con il team IT nella realizzazione di nuovi progetti e nell'implementazione di soluzioni innovative. Sicurezza IT: Contribuire a mantenere un alto livello di sicurezza dei sistemi informatici aziendali, identificando e mitigando potenziali rischi. Critères de candidature Poste avec management: Non Niveau d'étude minimum: Bac Formation / Spécialisation: Diploma e/o Laurea preferibilmente in ambito informatico. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili. Niveau d'expérience minimum: 3 - 5 ans Compétences recherchées: Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale, problem solving, capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire le priorità. Outils informatici: Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e Linux, delle reti, dei database e delle principali applicazioni office. Competenze di base in ambito sicurezza informatica (firewall, antivirus, gestione delle identità). Inglese di buon livello per sostenere discussioni, riunioni e comprensione di documentazione tecnica e di progetto. Il francese è considerato un plus. Langues: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
