**Job Description**:
- Be responsible for assisting the salesperson in finding the price, quotation, receiving the booking, filling in the business process, notifying the operation Department to follow up the booking, and checking the bill.
- Actively follow up the follow-up and feedback of each ticket business, and communicate with relevant departments if necessary.
- Regularly input the customer information into the system as required and keep it updated.
- Assist in maintaining good relationship with customers and maintain good communication with customers.
- Be responsible for statistics of sales staff's monthly performance and related reports.
- Complete other deployment tasks assigned by superior leaders.
**Qualifications**:
- Over 1 year of relevant working experience in forwarding or logistics.
- Strong Italian and English skills (spoken and written).
- Good team spirit, actively cooperate with other colleagues in the company.
- Cheerful personality, enthusiastic and meticulous towards work, with strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
- Education in Logistics or Forwarding would be a plus.
