We are looking for a Content & Communication Specialist with experience in developing communication strategies, producing copy, and managing and publishing content.
( Full-time )OverviewThis position requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and a strategic mindset.
You will be responsible for managing Playground's corporate communication, with a particular focus on writing, message consistency, and content production.
You will play a key role in creating written content for all our channels, ensuring that every external communication (targeting potential clients and HR candidates) and internal communication (for the team) aligns with our company's values and goals.
Additionally, you will oversee and contribute to the creation of content for brand projects we collaborate on.The role involves operational responsibility for writing copy for Playground, as well as supervising and editing content produced by other departments to ensure it adheres to the brand's tone of voice and communication objectives.
You will work closely with creatives and developers to ensure that all our channels (website, social media, PR, internal communications, participation in industry events, corporate presentations, etc.)

We're excited to meet you and discuss this opportunity.Main responsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated communication strategies, ensuring consistency across all internal and external corporate communication channels;Manage the creation, planning, and distribution of content across all digital channels (social media, websites, email marketing, etc.)
to strengthen brand identity and achieve business objectives;Write copy for all Playground communications, or supervise and edit content created by other departments, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone of voice and business goals before publication or distribution;Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.)
to identify and address communication needs, crafting messages that support corporate strategies;Oversee the production of visual and multimedia content, working closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure materials align with the communication strategy;Ensure the brand's tone of voice and communication style are consistently applied in all contexts, maintaining a critical and constructive approach to communications.
Guide adherence to guidelines, offering support and intervening when necessary to ensure message consistency;Thoroughly understand the purpose behind each communication, ensuring that no content conflicts with business objectives and that each message supports the brand's strategic goals;Monitor and analyse the performance of communication campaigns, continuously optimising content and strategies based on collected data;Draft corporate and institutional communications, ensuring all content reflects the company's values, style, and mission;Coordinate the creation of content for special projects, such as scripts for podcasts and narratives for video games, aligning them with the overall communication strategy.Skills and qualificationsDegree or equivalent experience in communication, marketing, or related fields;Native Italian speaker, with B2 or higher English proficiency;Deep understanding of the brand, including its values, mission, tone of voice, and positioning, to ensure every communication reflects its essence;Ability to maintain consistency in messaging across all channels, with precise attention to detail, ensuring alignment with brand standards;Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate content, identify inconsistencies, and suggest necessary improvements;Expertise in developing and planning long-term communication strategies that align content with business objectives;Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content while adapting the tone of voice to different audiences and communication channels;Editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to review and refine content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency;Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas for content and campaigns that keep the brand relevant and engaging;Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments (Sales, HR, Operations) to gather information and align communications with shared goals;Strong organisation skills and sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring content is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.What we offerFull-time contract;Ticket Restaurant;Training courses designed to deepen and enrich both soft skills and technical knowledge;Paid overtime or accumulation of hour bank;Corporate benefits platform;Indoor canteen area with refrigerators and microwaves;Relaxation areas with table football, table tennis, musical instruments and games;Hybrid working and flexible hours.About usPlayground is an independent digital agency founded in 2006.
