Job Description NTT DATA Italia sta cercando un Functional Consultant SAP HCM da inserire nelle proprie sedi principalmente di Roma, Milano o Napoli.
Il candidato deve essere in grado di fornire supporto agli utenti per la risoluzione dei problemi, entro i tempi stabiliti, e anche per abilitare loro nel miglior utilizzo delle funzionalità SAP. Dovrà partecipare alle iniziative di manutenzione evolutiva del sistema o altre iniziative progettuali in tutte le diverse fasi, dalla analisi dei requisiti alla predisposizione della Business Blue Print, alla predisposizione e realizzazione dei test ed infine al Go-live e supporto post Go-live.
Dovrà interagire con altri team sia per gli aspetti tecnici sia per raccordarsi circa altre iniziative insistenti su processi HR e con il Service Manager o altro key contact per qualsiasi criticità riferita alle attività sia in corso che pianificate.
Principali attività / responsabilità:
Gestire le attività di supporto utente; Agire proattivamente nell'identificare e se possibile prevenire le criticità; Analizzare i problemi ricorrenti ed identificare le soluzioni per la loro definitiva risoluzione; Aiutare l'utente di business per la risoluzione quotidiana dei problemi; Coordinarsi con gli altri team funzionali e tecnici risolvendo problemi identificati in autonomia o comunicati dall'utente; Prendere in carico tutte le attività proprie e governare correttamente quelle di tipo tecnico completando i task nei tempi definiti; Analizzare e suggerire i continuous improvements; Prendere in carico la predisposizione del materiale di training ed eventualmente della formazione; Assicurare le Best Practices; Aderire agli standard di qualità; Predisporre e governare tutta la documentazione degli interventi (BR, analisi funzionale e tecnica); Gestire i test scripts / scenarios / test data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
