Then this role is perfect for youYour teamIn this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to learn from and work closely with the Group Corporate Communication & Strategy Team, consisting of 4 communication experts and 4 Strategy & Transformation experts.
If you're the kind of person who enjoys strategic thinking and dares to take (new) initiatives you'll fit right in.Key responsibilitiesDigital strategy & social media management: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute team.blue's digital strategy across online channels, leading on content approach and creation for team.blue's blog and social channels.Content creation: Draft compelling written content for our external channels (website, blog, social media, podcast), press releases, and support the execution of significant communication moments (e.g.
media briefings, frequently asked question docs) in close collaboration with the internal comms team.Support external campaign management: Collaborate on the development, planning, and rollout of external communication campaigns that resonate with our audiences (founders, colleagues, customers and potential new talents).Event support: Assist in organising and executing events with external stakeholders hosted by team.blue, including team.blue participation in third-party events (industry and commercial festivals, networking events etc.
).Project management: Collaborate with the communications team to develop project plans and keep track of actions and deliverables across media, digital and event activity, ensuring work is delivered in a timely way.Required skills and experienceFluent in English, both written and spoken.At least 18 months experience in public relations or relevant fields, corporate communications, media, policy or research, via an internship or entry-level job.
Valuable but not essential experience includes developing media strategies and interacting with journalists and influencers, as well as drafting content for online channels.Interested and passionate about the Tech industry and experience in the SaaS media landscape.Familiarity with video editing and graphic design is a plus.Skilled in PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations.Proactive with excellent communication, collaboration and organisation skills.Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Commitment to contributing to a supportive and inclusive culture.Eager to learn and expand your skill set.Creative and ready to think outside the box.LocationYou are based in Portugal, Spain or Italy - this will be a hybrid position.
You can travel around Europe if needed – team.blue occasionally gets together at our HQ in Gent, Belgium or Milan/Florence, Italy, and often visits our brands across Europe.
