MECHANICAL DESIGN LEAD ENGINEER - OIL & GAS TURBOMACHINERY Sede di lavoro: Bergamo

La risorsa selezionata, all'interno di un team chiamato a fornire supporto ingegneristico a programmi di sviluppo relativi a turbomacchine / Oil & Gas, sarà coinvolta in attività di modellazione tridimensionale e messa in tavola di singoli componenti meccanici o assiemi complessi.

Inoltre, operando presso il Cliente, fungerà da focal point nei confronti del Dipartimento Ingegneria del Cliente per recepire le esigenze delle singole commesse e trasmetterle al Design Team, coordinando l'avanzamento dei lavori e garantendo il rispetto di deadlines e standard di qualità del servizio.

Darà infine supporto all'Account Team nell'individuazione e sviluppo di nuove progettualità sul Cliente.

Work Experience
Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica; almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale in ruolo analogo (Mechanical Design Engineer / Mechanical Design Leader) in contesti industriali strutturati e modernamente organizzati; solida capacità di progettazione meccanica mediante tool CAD DS SolidWorks per modellazione tridimensionale e messa in tavola di componenti ed assiemi; eventuale background in ambito di progettazione turbomacchine/macchine a fluido sarà considerato requisito preferenziale; buona padronanza della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo ideale spiccate doti analitiche, di problem solving, organizzazione e metodo, orientamento al risultato in contesto lavorativo dinamico e caratterizzato da stringenti deadlines, affidabilità, attitudine al al lavoro in team nonché forti capacità di comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni, unitamente a flessibilità organizzativa e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
