Descrizione azienda Il nostro cliente è una realtà internazionale, leader nel campo della nutrizione, salute e benessere.
Per la sede di Segrate ricerchiamo la seguente figura: Posizione PLANT MANAGER La risorsa, all'interno del reparto produttivo, in qualità di responsabile di stabilimento, riporterà al team global e gestirà una squadra di circa 25 persone.
Avrà la gestione delle operazioni del premix e gli asset nel mercato designato, dalla produzione allo stoccaggio, dalla manutenzione alle vendite.
Nello specifico si occuperà di: Seguire le operazioni PMX, la qualità adeguata del premix e la gestione efficace degli asset Implementare le spese in conto capitale approvate Collaborare con il team di gestione per pianificare e implementare i costi di produzione secondo gli obiettivi concordati.
Strutturare le risorse del sito di produzione, il personale e le spese per raggiungere i risultati operativi secondo il budget concordato Garantire che il sito rispetti tutte le normative di salute e sicurezza, che la qualità e quantità dei prodotti rispondano alle specifiche stabilite e che le consegne ai clienti siano rispettate.
Collaborare con il team di gestione per raggiungere gli obiettivi nazionali (finanziari, SHE, HR, operazioni e altro).
Requisiti Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati che siano in possesso di una solida esperienza in ruoli analoghi maturata in aziende di produzione strutturate o nelle industrie di processo.
È richiesta una laurea in ambito economico o tecnico in ingegneria, agraria o chimica.
Si richiede inoltre un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, per potersi interfacciare con il manager estero.
Spiccate doti di leadership, analisi, problem solving e proattività completano il profilo richiesto.
