domain Innovations, Development Qualitylocation_on Calenzano, ITPackaging Development SpecialistPackaging Development SpecialistWe are looking for a Packaging Development Specialist to join our Research Development – Packaging Development team in our Home Personal Care unit based in Calenzano (Firenze).How you make the differenceThis position is crucial for Bolton because the Packaging Development team follows and applies design for recycling principles and actively contributes to the achievement of Bolton sustainability targets.How your agenda looks like:Develop new primary and secondary packaging, as required from time to time by project briefsFollow and apply Design For Recycling principles and actively contribute to the achievement of Bolton Group's sustainability targetsDraw up and review technical specifications for packaging components within its competenceValidate new technically/functionally developed componentsImprove the 'machinability' of our packagesYour team:You will report directly to our Packaging Development Manager Personal Care.What makes you a great fit:Education: Degree in Mechanical or Material or Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology or similarTechnical Skills: Knowledge of the Office tools and the main 2D/3D design softwareLocal language: Proficient in Italian and EnglishOther skills: Problem solving, easy-going, dynamic and cooperative in team work, capable of organizing work in a methodical mannerWhat's in for you:Contract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full-timeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available.
