Stiamo selezionando un* SYSTEM EXPERT per un'azienda nostra cliente, operante in ambito metalmeccanico e produttrice di componentistica meccanica, digitale ed elettronica connesse al mondo degli accessi.

Descrizione dell'attività:

All'interno del Service Operations Center ti occuperai di supportare trasversalmente i colleghi delle aree Customer Satisfaction dei vari mercati negli interventi di "2° livello di risoluzione" di problematiche tecniche su impianti e dispositivi dei clienti, rispondendo al Manager del Dipartimento.

•Nei confronti del cliente, rappresenterai la funzione intermedia tra il supporto di 1° livello e la divisione R&D, supportando i colleghi nell'individuazione e diagnosi del problema, attivando internamente il corretto flusso di risoluzione;

•In qualità di supervisor, ti interfaccerai direttamente con il cliente, laddove previsto, e monitorerai il processo fino alla fase di messa in prova della soluzione.

Inoltre, avrai la possibilità di recarti personalmente presso le aziende clienti e consociate.

Requisiti richiesti

Questa è l'opportunità che fa per te se:

•Hai una Laurea o diploma in materie informatiche, elettroniche o equipollenti;

•Hai da 2 a 5 anni di esperienza pregressa, preferibilmente in ruoli affini quali IT Specialist, DevOps, Help Desk di 2° livello e similari all'interno del mondo dei servizi;

•Hai una solida conoscenza dell'ambiente Linux, tecnologie cloud e VM, networking;

•Ha una conoscenza base di html e Javascript;

•Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.

Completano il profilo:

•Solido approccio analitico;

•Strutturata visione sistemica;

•Buone doti relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team;

•Forte attitudine alla risoluzione di criticità;

•Flessibilità e spirito proattivo.

L'azienda offre:

•Training tecnico sui sistemi e affiancamento on the job a figure senior (tempo stimato 3-6 mesi);

•Crescita verticale all'interno del Service Operations Center oppure orizzontale verso il DevOps team. Tempistiche previste non prima di 2 anni;

•Assunzione nel CCNL Metalmeccanico;

•Possibilità di smart working per due giorni alla settimana;

•Mensa aziendale, piattaforma Welfare.
