We're looking for an Account Director to help support our global flagship client's growth in the Italian market.
This role will provide knowledge of local publishers, platforms and bridge the gap between global and regional strategy.
They will be the key point of contact for in region stakeholders, building strong relationships and seeking out opportunities for future growth.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
The account management function is the main point of contact between Assembly and its clients across all agency services.
Working across all internal teams, the Account Management function is uniquely positioned within the business to ensure clients ambitions are realizsd in a timely, consistent and commercially conscious manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as account manager across the Italian market
- Develop excellent client relationships at all levels
- Work with internal channel teams to manage priorities across channels and ensure client deadlines are met
- Have a multichannel view of all priorities/tasks across channels.
Work with channel teams and the client to project manage these & set client expectations for delivery
- Ensure all project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date
- Attend multichannel client meetings & work alongside the Associate Director to drive multichannel strategy
- Report on account resource on a monthly basis to Associate Director/Client Director
- Recognise cross & upsell opportunities and work alongside the Associate Director and Channel Heads to maximise these.
- Support Associate Director and Business Director with cross sell proposals.
Attend client proposal meetings where appropriate
- Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
**Requirements**:
- Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency
- Excellent understanding of all digital channels including PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and Paid Social
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Numerical and analytical
- Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently
- Proactive, motivated, self-starter
- Confident client facing attributes
