Location Lana, Innsbruck Working Method Presence / Hybrid Responsibilities Development of complex design systems in relation to our ADDITIVE APPS Designing concepts, wireframes, user flow charts and prototypes Designing and publishing high quality user interfaces and product enhancements Actively participate in overall product development strategies and decision-making Must Haves We attach great importance to the optimal composition of our teams, which is why we dedicate ourselves intensively to the selection of new employees. Application Process Folgende Schritte erwarten dich im Rahmen unseres Auswahlprozesses: Review of your submitted data as well as pre-selection First meeting without in-depth technical knowledge in the context of a telephone interview First personal interview to find out more about your personality and to introduce ADDITIVE to you Second in-depth interview with your future supervisor to discuss your professional qualifications and to clarify mutual expectations Assessment day to test your skills and abilities and to give you an overview of your future tasks Agreement on the conditions for working together Onboarding We are a young and motivated team with a hands-on mentality.
