Country Italy Description Four Corners, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Fashion, Luxury e Lifestyle, per un prestigioso Brand Luxury, ricerca: Production Manager (Plant Manager Shoes Operations) Il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile di gestire il plant produttivo interno (calzature donna formale) coordinando in maniera diretta o funzionale i reparti di taglio, giunteria, montaggio, finissaggio.

MISSION Assicura il regolare andamento del processo produttivo e presidia dal punto di vista tecnico- organizzativo i reparti interni garantendone l'efficientamento; Responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione, secondo i volumi e gli standard prefissati; Gestisce le dinamiche e le eventuali problematiche tra i diversi reparti anticipando e gestendo eventuali criticità legate alle performance di produzione; Predispone report e analisi sull'andamento produttivo e partecipa attivamente alla definizione ed implementazione dei sistemi informatici assicurando il costante aggiornamento della reportistica; Collabora costantemente con l'Ufficio Pianificazione ed avanzamento della produzione ricevendo e fornendo le informazioni utili allo svolgimento delle attività; Si interfaccia con l'Ufficio Tecnico Industrializzazione - Qualità Prodotto Finito/After Sales contribuendo alla gestione delle dinamiche interne.

PROFILO Pregressa esperienza di almeno 10-15 anni in ruoli simili nel settore calzature lusso donna; Ottima conoscenza dei processi produttivi calzaturieri (taglio, giunteria, montaggio e finissaggio); Rappresenta titolo preferenziale aver operato nelle singole fasi di manovia; Attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi in contesti dinamici; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS-Office (in particolare di Excel) e di Stealth 3000; Ottime capacità organizzative; Ottime capacità nella gestione del personale; Proattività ed autonomia, teamwork e flessibilità.
