Risorse Professional , società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di middle e senior management, per prestigiosa Società di Consulenza, ricerca una figura di: Valuation Manager La figura ricercata sarà inserita nella Business Unit Valuation e, nello specifico, e si occuperà di: Gestione e coordinamento nello svolgimento delle attività ordinarie degli analyst e dei senior analyst; Gestione del rapporto con il cliente dalle fasi di post-origination a quelle di consegna del progetto (tra cui la partecipazione ad eventuali meeting , comitati e/o C.d.A.
del cliente); Controllo e validazione delle valorizzazioni effettuate dalle risorse junior con riferimento sia ai risultati del modello che ai report di sintesi; Formazione delle risorse junior e supporto al team nel continuo aggiornamento della modellistica e delle procedure utilizzate.
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo maturata in società finanziarie, Boutique di Corporate Finance, Società di Advisory, Fondi di PE; Conoscenza approfondita delle principali metodologie di valutazione (fairness opinion, valuation assessment, perizie, DCF, multipli); Abilità nella modellazione finanziaria e nelle attività di review di modelli economico-finanziari complessi e con un significativo livello di autonomia; Ottima capacità relazionali e pregressa esperienza di gestione di team e/o di risorse junior; Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese (orale e scritta).
Sede di lavoro Milano; Smart working 50%.
