Il Chief Engineer avrà la responsabilità su:
Manutenzione: Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva degli impianti elettrici, idraulici, di climatizzazione, ascensori e altre attrezzature dell'hotel. Gestione del personale: Coordinare il team tecnico, assegnando compiti e garantendo la formazione continua. Gestione dei fornitori: Selezionare e gestire i fornitori di servizi e materiali, assicurando la qualità e la convenienza delle forniture. Sicurezza: Garantire la conformità dell'hotel alle normative sulla sicurezza, effettuando regolarmente controlli e verifiche. Efficienza energetica: Implementare soluzioni per ottimizzare il consumo energetico dell'hotel e ridurre l'impatto ambientale. Gestione dei progetti: Coordinare la realizzazione di nuovi progetti e ristrutturazioni, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget. Competenze ed esperienza
Il Chief Engineer ideale ha:
Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo nel settore alberghiero. Ottima conoscenza degli impianti elettrici, idraulici, di climatizzazione e di sicurezza. Conoscenza della lingua inglese. Completa l'offerta
Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato.
