Your opportunity
We are looking for a Stagiaire for our Import/Export & Transport team based in our Main Hub in Vescovana. 
How you will contribute Garantire supporto alle attività di emissione documenti, spedizione e archiviazione di documentazione di trasporto/spedizione all'interno del team Import/ExportSupportare il team nelle attività di fatturazioneAssicurare, insieme al proprio team, il coordinamento con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali in Italia e all'estero (area commerciale o customer service) per fornire le necessarie informazioni al fine di garantire un eccellente servizio ai clientiSupportare gli altri team di area logistica nella predisposizione ed analisi della reportistica per l'individuazione delle aree di miglioramento rispetto ai processi logistici e conseguente proposta di possibili soluzioni alle eventuali necessità/criticitàCollaborare nella predisposizione di regolari report legati alle attività operative di competenzaSupportare nella gestione ed organizzazione di spedizioni di materiali destinati ad eventi/fiere ecc. e relativa documentazione doganale ove necessariaContribuire nella gestione di spedizioni PR e Trade MarketingPartecipare al monitoraggio quotidiano dei Transit Time garantiti dai trasportatori;Supportare l'analisi dei dati di spedizione in funzione dei diversi criteri aziendali e la predisposizione di reportistiche quantitative e qualitative;Collaborare nel controllo delle fatture dei trasportatori e relativa segnalazione se presenti costificazioni errate.Collaborare nell'aggiornamento e analisi della reportistica legata agli ammanchi riscontrati durante le fasi di trasporto, interfacciandosi con i vari reparti aziendali coinvolti.Supportare i colleghi nella gestione di anomalie carrier (ticket del CRM): colli invertiti, colli danneggiati, colli smarriti;Supportare la gestione dei rientri in franchigia di tutte le spedizioni di reso in cui tale processo è applicabile;Who you are La pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi è da considerarsi un plusOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseOttima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare ExcelAttitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazioneAttitudine al problem solvingCapacità di analisi e precisioneCuriosità, intraprendenza, dinamismoFlessibilitàOttime capacità relazionaliWhy work with us
