Customer Service Agent 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Rome, hybrid Are you an automotive fan? Do you enjoy providing the best solutions for customers? MSXI has the job for you MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team in Rome.
The Role As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries and communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:
Answering customer complaintsEnsuring customer satisfaction and managing follow-upsOptimizing follow-up processes to improve customer satisfactionAbout you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork, and taking the initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Agent has the following skills:
