Your role The opportunity is tailored to individuals who combine a strong background in finance management, a high degree of result orientation with suitable experience and interest in renewable energy field.
Responsibilities Preparation of business plans/financial models (incl. sensitivity / scenario analysis)Preparation (or support in the preparation) of internal application and decision documents for investment projects or other projects (M&A) and project reporting documentsAssessment and reporting of project progress (e.g Cost review Actuals vs. Plan vs. Forecast)Monitoring and preparation of liquidity plans Support/execution of financing transactions (Preparation of Rfp documents, Term Sheet verification, Financial/Sizing Models, preparation and structuring of data rooms, organization of DD streams, negotiation process, closing procedure)Monitoring and reporting of the banking- and financing portfolioPreparation and execution of trade finance instruments (guarantees, LCs, etc.)Managing of banking accounts/ network / relationship (eg. bank account opening)Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5+ years of relevant experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Detail-oriented and analyticalKnowledge of financing transactions and financial modelingExcellent affinity for numbersAnalytical skills and detail-orientedBusiness fluent in Italian and English, other foreign languages of advantageHigh level of self-motivation, commitment and team spiritHands-on mentality and strong communication skillsBenefits Contribution to the transition towards clean energyCompetitive compensation packageContinuing education and training opportunitiesFlexible working hours, home office possibilityBest practise sharing with and support from an international team of colleaguesRelocation support - if neededIf the vacancy sounds appealing to you and you want to contribute to build a sustainable future with us, please contact me or send your application by e-mail to: ******.
