The Lounge Attendant will be responsible for:
- Ensure smooth daily club bar operations
- Making food and drink orders to he supplier for breakfast and aperitifs as required
- Knowledge of the main cocktails and types of wine
- Proactively prepare and oversee the aperitif time also when events are scheduled
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, counter bar, glassware, silverware, storage and tables
- Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed
- Ensure to adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of manual procedures
- Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner
- Ensure the bar are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant needs
- Follow the instructions of the Designated Trainer during training
- Share inquiries or information of the Members to the Management
- Receiving goods ordered for the F&B department
- Place small order to the suppler when necessary
- Manage simply inventory of the wine and Food Storage
- Use of operating system for chargeback (e.g.
MICROS Simphony)
**Qualifications** - Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach.
Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
