Responsabilità principali: -analizzare periodicamente l'andamento economico, tecnico e qualitativo delle commesse assicurative assegnate, collaborando con Operations Manager e Site Manager;
-interfacciarsi con i referenti del cliente per garantire la corretta applicazione delle condizioni di polizza, del tariffario delle prestazioni sanitarie e delle procedure operative concordate;
-organizzare e condurre incontri periodici di Stato Avanzamento Lavori (SAL) con i clienti;
-gestire e aggiornare il corpo di conoscenze (body of knowledge) delle diverse commesse, incluse procedure operative, di controllo interno e policy aziendali;
-identificare best practices, aree di sviluppo e opportunità di miglioramento per il perimetro in gestione.
