As part of the HR Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Contribution to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own function organization, facilitating the change. Be a support of the Talent and the Managers in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices to own organization in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. Be a guide and a support to Area Managers and Store Managers in people management and labor law standard respect. Take care of any issue solving and labor law standard respect. Key Activities/Responsibilities Identifies talent needs, risks, and gaps; creates and oversees execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resources. Facilitates, executes and/or participates in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required. Translates business unit strategy and creates short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients. Supports the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company. Defines recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy. Monitors "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas). Leads the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department. Supervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required. Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies. Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength. Embodies the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador. Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues. Acts as change agent. Identifies training and development needs in according with the Area Manager. Delivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives. Who we are looking for: Person with three or four years of experiences in HR or similar role. Experienced in leading and managing different people in different areas. Experienced in Assessment center and other recruiting tools. English (mandatory). How to be successful in the role and at Sephora: Empathy and leadership.
