Requirements: Experience working with childrenCertifications, as local/state laws requireSpecial Skills: Strong safety skillsResponsibilities: Provide friendly atmosphere for members and childrenProvide proper registration and check-out of children and parentsWatch and care for children to ensure safetyInitiate games, arts & crafts projectsBottle-feed babies or assist in eating needs of older children in accordance with parental directionClean and sanitize child care toysKeep working area free of sharp or harmful objectsCommunicate information regarding children to parents/guardiansProvide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc.Know, understand and follow all policies, procedures and standardsFacilitate member requests or forward to a managerKnow club facility and servicesAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementAbove position may report to the Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager where applicableFollow all policies and procedures in Employee HandbookAbove description may be subject to change or alteration at any timeMeetings: Annual Staff MeetingsMonthly Department MeetingsEmployee Training MeetingsPhysical Requirements: Able to lift 10 lbs on occasionNeeds to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequencyAble to climb and hang decorations when neededCrunch Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness to join our team.
