As Manufacturing Engineer you will support the designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment.Here are some responsibilities you will have:Process Measurement Analysis : Analyze overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, and flows to identify opportunities for improvement.Process Parameters Management : Manage and analyze chemical and physical parameters of production steps to understand product characteristics and behavior.Design of Experiments (DOE) and Testing : Manage DOE and testing plans to optimize process parameters.Problem Solving and Implementation : Identify and implement solutions for safety and quality improvement, cost reduction, and lead time reduction.Economic Management and Business Case Elaboration : Handle economic assessments and develop business case studies.Process Standardization and Optimization : Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou know you are a good fit with the role if:You do not see problems, you just see solutions.You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously.You are a real team player.You are an excellent performer with a proven excellence in academic and professional life.You have a Master's Degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering.You are into Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.You have great knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Power Point, etc.
