La figura verrà inserita all'interno della Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) e si occuperà della gestione operativa del contratto di outsourcing dell'ICT con il fornitore e dei piani e progetti di trasformazione digitale del gruppo.
La risorsa fornirà supporto al Digital Transformation Manager per i seguenti ambiti di attività: Gestione delle interazioni con il fornitore esterno (in particolare con le figure di Service Manager, Transition Manager e Compliance Manager), al fine di monitorare le operazioni relative al servizio nel suo complesso.
A titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, si occuperà di: controllo degli SLA verifica dei progetti di continuous improvement analisi backlog ticket monitoraggio status progetti di transition, di compliance e security verifica delle non conformità e controllo dei progetti di recovery).
Gestione delle interazioni interne con le diverse funzioni aziendali, al fine di indirizzare verso il fornitore le richieste pervenute.
A titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, si occuperà di: raccogliere i requisiti necessari da tutte le aree aziendali, validarli e inviarli al fornitore seguirne gli step di valutazione, esecuzione e rilascio in esercizio, curando il piano di comunicazione verso le persone; Gestione delle progettualità associate al programma di trasformazione aziendale e di Gruppo, con particolare focus sulle tematiche inerenti alla trasformazione digitale.
