col-wideJob Description:This is a Junior Project Manager internship and requires a dynamic person who can collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members in order to successfully guide the execution of an assigned project in the R&D scope and interdisciplinary context.We expect the below being stretched but achievable target competences along the project initiation, planning and execution.Project Leadership:Guide a cross functional project team in a dynamic environment and across multiple workstreams to identify options and execute the best business solutions/propositions.Facilitate communications among the stakeholders to enable informed decision making.Facilitation & Risk Management:Engage teams in healthy debate/conflict resolution, and deliver team aligned option business solutions.Proactively escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders, supporting the identification of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency plans.Project Execution:Develop, manage and maintain up-to-date timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, etc. while applying appropriate scheduling techniquesMonitor status and execution; report timely updates via templates, dashboards and update forms; and develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc. for the teamsDeliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication to teams, stakeholders and appropriate levels of the organizationQualificationsRequired:Studies in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automotive) or a related disciplineVery good oral, written, presentation and communication skillsOrientation capabilities in cross-functional teams collaborationDigital mindset: Ability to consider new digital tools/software application to process designLanguage: Fluency in EnglishLearning AgilityComputer: Very good MS Office package knowledgePreferred:Project management knowledgeProcess design knowledge
