Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer Ti occuperai di:
Supportare il monitoraggio delle performance degli impianti (OEE) e definire le azioni di miglioramento ed efficientamento delle macchine/impianti di sua competenza;Affiancare nell'analisi e identificazione di potenziali aree di miglioramento dei processi nei reparti aziendali;Apprendere la cultura lean e promuoverla all'interno dell'impianto, adottando un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi;Contribuire a definire piani di manutenzione preventiva per gli impianti nuovi ed esistenti;Tramite l'uso dei dati, identificare e implementare la configurazione dei parametri di processo e le modifiche che miglioreranno la qualità e la produttività;Supportare nell'analisi delle deviazioni rilevate durante la produzione ed effettuare le investigazioni relative ad eventi di qualità utilizzando Root Cause Analysis;Tracciare i tempi di fermo macchina, identificare il collo di bottiglia e segnalare i tempi di inattività in modo appropriato;Supportare il manager nella definizione delle Action list ed implementare le azioni programmate nell'ambito del Miglioramento Continuo;Analizzare i tempi di cambio formato ed implementare soluzioni tecniche per la riduzione degli stessi.Requisiti: Laurea triennale o magistrale in ingegneria gestionale;Conoscenza di base (anche solo teorica) delle metodologie di lean manufacturing e continuous improvement;Buona conoscenza di MS Office, in particolare di Excel, sarà considerato un plus la gestione ed interpretazione dei dati;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese B1/B2;Autonomia ed orientamento al problem solving.Offerta: Inserimento in somministrazione 6/12 mesi finalizzato all'assunzione diretta.
