RINA is looking for a Proposal Manager to be based in our offices in Rome (Italy.
)
Main Task:
Her/his duties will include the creation of project concepts, the support in the definition of strategic objectives, impacts assessment, the strategic definition of consortia, budgeting, and above all proposal writing.
Activities are fast-paced, multidisciplinary and challenging, team playing is a work philosophy, control over the progress and the constant quality are fundamental enablers.
She/He will have the opportunity to increase his/her professional and personal skills and competences, building on the hands-on experience in multidisciplinary projects and eventually acting as technical focal point for his/her own areas of expertise.
Professional Experience:
We are looking for a person with 5 -7 seniority from the University degree especially in the scientific, technological field and with a previous experience in proposal preparation.
Soft Skills:
Passionate for technology and innovation; Strong analytical thinker with problem solving attitudes; Good interpersonal skills and organizational capabilities; Ability to manage multiple projects on short assignments, proactive to meet deadlines; Knowledge of Technology Intelligence methodologies and tools will be considered a plus.
