Purpose of Position: The internship in Controlling aims to provide an overview of the role as Controller in a multinational company and allow the intern to gain more and more autonomy in the assigned tasks. He/she will support the Senior Controller in supporting key business functions in the regional company strategy and execution plans. This position works closely with the various Business teams around the world, to identify requirements and deliver solutions most meaningful for short-term and long-term decision support. This is a highly visible role for an energetic individual who can function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication and collaboration skills. Activities: Supporting preparation of the annual budget and its review.Monthly Consolidated reporting preparation.BOD deck preparation.Supporting in analysis, preparation of monthly financial reporting, preparation of margins, KPI tracking & analysis of Actual data vs Forecast.Supporting the team in being a business partner to Management team in reviewing, analyzing and interpreting actual and budgetary information.Requisitions: Education: Degree in Economics or Finance.Professional Skills: Knowledge in economics, ability to analyze and interpret data.Experience: No experience needed.Language Skills: Proficient English written & spoken.Computer Skills: MS Office, Advanced Presentation & Excel Skills.Behavioural Requirements: Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical & communication skills; Versatile team player; willingness to learn and work proactively in a dynamic and international environment.
