( ) Job Description The position requires you to acquire competence in platform software architecture, development, build and release processes as well as debugging methodologies.
You will be actively involved in product development following the full software lifecycle, from requirements definition and technology solutions analysis to product validation and maintenance.
You will be working in a tech-leading, innovative, and multicultural environment, in which you will leverage expertise, creativity, autonomy, and communication skills.
The role will be hired in Sgonico (Trieste) and a valid work permit for the location (Italy) is a requirement.
Your Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing Software Module & Integration Testing and Software Validation and releasing the software to Customer & Manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will be: Integration activities: o Create official SW releases baseline and coordinate baselines and feature integration between different software groups.
o Run and maintain a Software integration test plan o Automation of SW Integration process to reduce manual tasks o Continuous improvement of the SW Integration Process Follow the development process guidelines Software Debugging Support Project Managers and SW Team Leaders concerning all SW-related items such as SW status reports Your Skills and Experience Behavioral o to coordinate with several teams both inside and outside the company o to work under pressure to meet deadlines o follow a process Technical/Hard Skills o Embedded C programming o Python Professional knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Work experience in embedded software Knowledge of both Linux and Windows systems Bonus Point (if applicable, not mandatory) Source Control Management (git, Perforce) CI/CD development methodologies (Jenkins, Django, pytest) Basic experience with Docker Experiences in software test Debugging methodologies (e.g.
JTAG) Compilers and build systems University degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications What are your perks?
