Als Accounts Payable Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en beheren van inkomende facturen en het onderhouden van crediteurenrelaties in de regio Antwerpen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle financiële verplichtingen van het bedrijf tijdig en nauwkeurig worden nagekomen. Je taken omvatten:
Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen en zorgen voor tijdige betalingen.Beheren van leveranciersaccounts en onderhouden van goede relaties.Controleren en reconciliëren van crediteurenrekeningen.Opvolgen van betalingsherinneringen en oplossen van eventuele factuurdiscrepanties.Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen over facturatie.Ondersteunen bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.Opleiding: Noties van boekhouding zijn vereist; een financiële opleiding is een pluspunt.
Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, zoals Accounts Payable of debiteurenbeheer.
Oog voor detail: Je hebt een kritische blik en werkt nauwkeurig.
Sociaal vaardig: Je kunt effectief communiceren met leveranciers en collega's.
Proactief: Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
Technologische vaardigheden: Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware (Venice) en goede beheersing van MS Office, vooral Excel.
