Il candidato che andrà a ricoprire il ruolo di Technical Service (m/f) avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Gestione rapporti con la clientela per gli aspetti relativi alla manutenzione degli impianti, in relazione alle richieste ricevute e agli accordi contrattuali esistenti e finalizzata alla rapida risoluzione dei problemi; Interfaccia per l'operatività tecnica tra la Germania e l'Italia; Gestione e valutazione della reportistica di manutenzione tecnica sia consuntivo che previsionale, sia ad uso interno che richiesto dalla casamadre; Input e verifica della fatturazione alla clientela. Supporto all'Amministrazione per la fatturazione interventi; Verifica garanzie come da procedura aziendale; Gestione della squadra tecnica di manutenzione (pianificazione, controllo, ottimizzazione); Gestione Hot Line giornaliera e pianificazione team hot line; Registrazione ordini di servizio su database aziendale con chiusura intervento; Gestione di eventuali richieste ad-hoc della Direzione. Il candidato ideale a ricoprire il ruolo di Technical Service (m/f) possiede i seguenti requisiti: Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico; Esperienza pregressa di 2-3 anni in un ruolo simile; La provenienza da un settore affine verrà considerato un plus; Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale; Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (la risorsa dovrà interagire con clienti italiani, ma si dovrà confrontare con colleghi a livello internazionale).
