Accounts Assistant

Job Description This is a maternity cover role for ensuring the efficient day to day operations of the Lucca finance team, requiring precise and diligent execution.  Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is focused on the control of all financial transactions for Rotork in Lucca.
In this role you will be responsible for the completion of sales ledger tasks, including raising manual sales invoices, credit notes and credit control, completing month end processes, including journal postings and bank reconciliations.
This role would suit a diligent person with excellent attention to detail, who takes a methodical approach to their work and recognises its value to the ongoing success and efficient functioning of the wider business.
  Experience Requirements: Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures Experience and competent with using MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel.
