Senior Field Product Manager

If your answer to the above questions is 'Yes', we may have the right role for you in our EMEA Data Protection team.
We are looking for a Sr. Field Product Manager to join our team and have a direct impact on sales and product roadmap for the Data Protection portfolio that includes DLP, CASB, DSPM among other capabilities. In this role, you will become the 'go to' person for sales engineers and account reps for topics surrounding data protection. You will also gather requirements from customers and directly work with other product managers to influence the product roadmap. You will help us meet the requirements of our rapidly growing customer base and be game changers in the security space. You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality, with attention to detail.
Job Description Responsibilities You are the "go to" local expert for customers and sales on the topic of data protectionDrive sales initiatives by bringing creativity, innovative ideas and passionPresent to customers as our expert in Data Protection strategy and vision, architecture and deployment at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from technician to CIOLead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape that every customer needs to be aware of and planning to deal with in regards to data protectionDiscuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and position ours as the best alternativeLead and support customer demonstrations (with our SE's) that showcase our unique valueMaintain bi-directional trusted advisor relationship with Product Management, R&D to drive client-based insights/feedback and future solution directionProvide product update and enhancement training to technical sales and architects in the regionSupport relationship expansion with top existing partners for data protectionQualifications Bachelor's Degree; Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields an advantage5-7 years of experience: Product Management (inbound/outbound), Technical Business Development, Technical SalesMust have working knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Protection, e.g.: Endpoint DLP, Network based DLP and Cloud Based DLP, CASBExperience delivering products as cloud-based servicesStrong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners and executives.Leadership, drive, passion and charisma – ability to persuade, sell ideas and lead without authorityAbility to travel (30%-40%) within EMEASpanish, Italian and/or French language proficiency is an advantageWhat You Can Expect from Us: An environment where you will be working on cutting edge technologies and architecturesA fun, passionate and collaborative workplaceFlexible work arrangements; with remote working possibilityCompetitive salary and benefits, including equityThe pace and excitement of working for a Silicon Valley market leader#LI-MD3 #LI-REMOTE
