SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - CLOUD PRINTING:
To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We are now looking for a System Administrator with a focus on printing processes both on Cloud and on-premise to join our team, reporting and interacting directly with the Modern Workplace Manager. Together with the team, you are responsible for set-up and support activities regarding printing. You also provide third line end user support to guarantee the business continuity of the different entities of the full MSC-Group. He/she will have the possibility to constantly improve him-/herself and continuously learn on technical or process topics. He/she will be supported by several communities of practice that will provide help when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and Support Custom dev application printing for critical business service.Design and support printing in a cloud environment (Azure).Support Printix cloud solution and deploy Printix GO solution.Define setup & support multiple brands of printers/multifunctional.Deploying & configuring print drivers.Setup scanning (email or SMB or FTP).Follow up on operational issues with 3rd party providers.Propose improvements to the existing set up & procedures.Share knowledge and best practices in the team and other supporting teams.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Technical: RequiredWindows server / Windows ClientSecure Print KnowledgeDeploying printers through GPOAzure ADMS AzureCitrix environmentTicket ManagementTechnical: PreferredPrintixPaperCut/Equitrac/Safecom a plusThe Successful candidate: Is dynamic, mature, team-spirited.Has 5 years of experience in a comparable position.Positive attitude.Has excellent relational and communications skills.Embraces the strategy defined by the management and makes it his own.Has experience with asset management following ITIL standard.
