Currently, in Grundfos Italy we are aiming to further strengthen our sales force. To achieve this, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to handle our Industry End User and Channel Business in the Lombardy Area. Ideally resident in Milan or province. We can offer the right candidate excellent opportunities and challenges for personal and career development and the chance to be part of a multicultural and dynamic team. Grundfos further offers the chance to take on responsibility based to skills and obtained results, making this an opportunity not to be missed. Then we are looking for you to join our Sales team What is the job about? As a Sales Engineer Industry End-User + Channel, you will initiate and develop relationships with focus on end users and related Channel network, developing the channel network and creating demand directly with the most important Industry End-Users, in order to make Grundfos the most preferred and saleable brand in the reference market. Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team; Build up and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders, including end users, consulting firms, service partners , etc. According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific area What do you need to apply? Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering. Prefer minimum 10 years of sales experience in Industrial Environment Familiar with Industrial pumping applications and water treatment Products and applications Technical background Familiar with Industry End Users market and related channels English skills able to operate in a multinational environment It is important to us that you possess high ethical standards, just as you thrive on a healthy control environment as a prerequisite for producing timely, correct and transparent information. You speak and write English fluently. If you have experience with SAP, BW and IBM Cognos suites, it is an advantage.
