Estamos à procura de um(a) novo(a)  INTELIPOSTER que terá como principal desafio e struturar e executar estratégias e iniciativas como Business Partner.

Main responsibilities Como Business Partner os seus desafios serão: Compreender profundamente o negócio para atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças nos tópicos de gestão de talentos, gestão de clima e gestão da cultura; Realizar a interface entre as áreas de People e as lideranças para desenhar práticas aderentes à realidade e desafios da área atendida; Atuar de forma consultiva e com mentoria junto às lideranças, garantindo melhores práticas de gestão de pessoas; Monitorar KPIs relacionados a pessoas, como Attrition, eNPS, Performance, Diversidade e Inclusão (D&I); Utilizar dados para avaliar o impacto das práticas de People e tomar decisões; Contribuir para a cultura organizacional, promovendo ativamente os valores e comportamentos desejados.
Requirements and skills Você deve ter: Superior completo; Experiência de atuação como HRBP ou com desenvolvimento de lideranças; Conhecimento dos principais subsistemas de People, incluindo remuneração, atração e seleção de talentos, desenvolvimento humano e organizacional; Conhecimento de análise de dados e indicadores; Capacidade de gerenciar projetos e múltiplas prioridades de forma eficiente; Habilidade na construção de relacionamentos, trabalho em equipe, colaboração e resolução de conflitos; Pensamento crítico e analítico; Disponibilidade para idas esporádicas ao escritório, localizado na região da Paulista/SP.
