Azienda manifatturiera operante nel campo dell'impiantistica per il settore Oil&Gas ci ha incaricati di cercare: Quality Engineer Rif. 35/24 La risorsa inserita all'interno del Dipartimento Qualità a diretto riporto del Quality Manager si occuperà di gestire gli aspetti relativi alla qualità rispetto alle commesse assegnate. In particolare: - Emissione dell'Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) di commessa; - Garantire la corretta emissione della documentazione di qualità, in conformità con gli standard di riferimento (ASME, ISO 9001, …) e con le specifiche dei clienti; - Partecipare ai Kick Off Meetings (KOM) e gestire i Pre-Ispection Meetings (PIM); - Organizzare e verificare le attività di ispezione verso i fornitori degli equipments o in fase di collaudo, sulla base delle linee guida aziendali; - Coordinare gli eventuali ispettori esterni; - Interfacciarsi con i Project Manager e con il team di progetto sulle problematiche operative al fine di garantire la compliance rispetto agli standard previsti dal Sistema Qualità; - Intervenire nella risoluzione e nella gestione delle non conformità, coordinandosi con gli altri reparti aziendali. - Supportare il Quality Manager nel monitoraggio e mantenimento del Sistema Qualità aziendale; Requisiti: Il candidato ideale è laureato o diplomato in discipline tecniche, ed ha maturato esperienza nel dipartimento qualità di aziende manifatturiere operanti nel settore Oil&Gas/Petrolchimico o affini, in EPC Contractors, società di ingegneria o di ispezione. È richiesta una buona conoscenza dei controlli non distruttivi (NDT) e delle procedure operative di saldatura. Sono gradite le qualifiche di tecnico delle saldature e di operatore di secondo livello per i test non distruttivi (VT/PT/UT/MT/RT). Si richiede una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
