**The role**:
For our ambitious, fast-growing team in Milan, we are looking for a passionate foodie and excited innovator to join our Product & Retention team.
You will work closely with the CMO to support ongoing and/or new product launches for our portfolio.
You will support our product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product launches from ideation through execution.
You will have a customer-first approach, demonstrating a deep understanding of our target customers and tailor solutions help us better meet their lifestyle needs.
**What you'll do**
- Contribute to the execution of our product strategy and roadmap initiatives for HelloFresh in Italy
- Identify gaps with our current product offering, partner with internal data resources, and ideate solutions to fill customer needs and drive incremental growth through new solutions
- Support the development of test plans and KPI's for new product launches that align to establish product launch strategies
- Conduct post-launch reviews, including financial performance analyses on product launches to determine launch success and future iterations needed to improve product performance
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Culinary, Editorial on Product positioning for new product launching and go-to-market support plan
- Liaise between Operations, Procurement, Tech, Customer Care and Legal to define new product launch opportunities
- Partner with Operations on Supply Chain to guide solution designs for product offering development
**What you'll bring**:
- You have a university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or something similar
- From 1 year of experience in Marketing, Product, Consulting, eCommerce or Business Development
- A keen interest in food products
- You want to join an adventure with a lot of potential
- You can organize yourself very well and always keep an eye on deadlines
- You bring a high level of initiative and a sense of responsibility
- You have a good understanding of numbers and the ability to deal with problems in a structured and analytical manner
- You speak fluent English - Italian is a plus
- You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action
- You learn quickly and find the right solution for every problem
