Siamo alla ricerca di una figura dinamica e motivata da inserire nel team commerciale DELLA NOSTRA AZIENDA CLIENTE come SALES ENGINEER.
La risorsa selezionata, rispondendo direttamente al Sales Manager, avrà il compito di gestire i rapporti con i clienti assegnati, dalla creazione dell'offerta commerciale fino all'evasione dell'ordine.
Inserimento ordini di accasamento/campionatura nel gestionale SAP; Inserimento ordini attrezzature; Mantenimento del contatto con i clienti per la definizione dei tempi di consegna, monitoraggio e, se necessario, sollecito delle offerte inviate e gestione della customer satisfaction ; Aggiornamento listini di vendita in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Acquisti; Supporto e fidelizzazione dei clienti assegnati; Partecipazione a fiere di settore con disponibilità a trasferte occasionali.
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Industriale/Meccatronica o in discipline economiche; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza del tedesco sarà considerata un plus); Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel; Conoscenza del gestionale SAP (preferibile); Spiccate doti relazionali, empatia, capacità di comunicazione e orientamento al cliente; Capacità di gestione delle priorità e problem solving.
RAL di partenza pari a 30K, con possibilità di revisione in base all'esperienza del candidato; Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e possibilità di crescita professionale; Opportunità di collaborare con un team internazionale in un settore altamente specializzato.
