Questo ruolo strategico richiede un leader esperto che possa ottimizzare i processi, migliorare l'efficienza operativa per raggiungere i target di Livelli di Servizio e di Costo e garantire che tutte le attività logistiche siano svolte in conformità con le normative vigenti e gli standard di qualità aziendali.
Riporta al Direttore Supply Chain e con il/la collega Head of Planning contribuisce attivamente alla gestione e trasformazione della Supply Chain per Sky Italia.Responsabilità principali:Gestione del deposito e della distribuzione/reverse:Supervisionare tutte le attività di stoccaggio, inclusi ricezione, immagazzinamento, prelievo e spedizione delle merci svolte dell'operatore logistico.Assicurare che le pratiche di inventario siano accurate e che le scorte siano gestite in modo efficiente.Supervisionare le operazioni di trasporto, distribuzione/reverse e installazione per garantire la consegna tempestiva delle merci ai clienti al giusto costo.Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori di servizi di trasporto e garantendo l'applicazione corretta dei contratti per ottimizzare i costi.Ottimizzazione dei processi:Identificare e implementare miglioramenti nei processi logistici per aumentare l'efficienza operativa.Utilizzare/Migliorare i sistemi (SAP) e le tecnologie di trasporto per migliorare la tracciabilità e il controllo delle operazioni.Gestione del team:Guidare, motivare e far crescere il team logistico, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato ai dati e al risultato.Sicurezza e Compliance:Garantire che tutte le operazioni logistiche siano conformi alle normative locali, internazionali e di GruppoAssicurare che siano implementate e manutenute le pratiche di sicurezza per prevenire incidenti e garantire la sicurezza dei dipendenti e delle merci sia internamente che presso i Partner LogisticiReportistica e analisi:Definire/Preparare report periodici sulle performance logistiche e presentare i risultati alla direzione aziendale.Analizzare i dati logistici per identificare trend, problemi e opportunità di miglioramento.Economics Raggiungimento obiettivi di costo e piani di efficientamentoGestione PL della funzioneDefinizione budgetProgetti TrasformativiGuidare/Contribuire attivamente alla definizione e messa a terra di progetti trasformativi nell'ambito logistico e/o cross funzionali (SAP, Nuovo Modello LOgisticso, Tender, Lancio Nuovi prodotti/servizi…)Requisiti Richiesti Capacità relazionali e negoziali per interagire con stakeholder interni ed esterni e con il top managementCapacità comunicative, di problem solving e decisionali.Attitudine a collaborare internamente al team, all'area e con tutte le DirezioniEsperienza nella gestione di Operations di Deposito e/o Trasporto/Distribuzione (+5anni)Esperienza nella gestione di un teamAttitudine all'innovazione, all'eccellenza operativa, al miglioramento continuo e mentalità strategicaOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese #J-18808-Ljbffr
