As Accounting Technician you will be responsible for manage and record the invoices of the different business units of Soltec.
As well as support for accounting closings, attention to suppliers and tax documentation.
Job responsibilities: Registration of purchase invoices.
Registration and issuance of sales invoices.
Billing related to projects.
Electronic billing management (active and passive).
Bank reconciliation.
Reconciliation of mutual loans.
Support for sending monthly accounting closing to business partners and conversion to the requested format.
Support in monthly accounting closing tasks.
Assistance in the execution and review of weekly payments to suppliers of our SPVs and our business partners.
Sending to the tax advisors the necessary documentation for the quarterly settlement and annual tax task.
Update of the Cash Flow of payments made Social book management Support in collecting documentation for DD by rotation of SPV's Offer support to other functions/projects in the area.
These functions represent the global nature of the position but are not exclusively limited to it.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics/ADE/Business Administration.
Valuable: Master's degree in Corporate Finance/MBA/Financial and Accounting Management/Controlling, etc.
Minimum experience of 2-3 years in similar positions.
Languages: Italian native or High level, Professional English, Valuable: Spanish.
Experience with Salesforce/ Office Suite, Excel advanced.

Gross salary between 28k-30k depending on experience level.
