Job Description Leonardo è uno dei partner industriali strategici del programma GCAP (Global Combat Air Programme), insieme alla britannica BAE Systems e alla giapponese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, finalizzato allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione di un sistema aereo di nuova generazione, definito come "sistema di sistemi".Impiegato per operazioni multidominio in ambito difesa, il sistema sarà caratterizzato da una "core platform" connessa con altri sistemi periferici "adjuncts", pilotati e non pilotati. Il programma, tra i più sfidanti e avveniristici per l'industria dell'aerospazio e della difesa, guiderà la rivoluzione tecnologica che caratterizzerà il settore nei prossimi cinquant'anni.Una sfida finalizzata a rafforzare la sovranità tecnologica e industriale dei paesi coinvolti, perché punta a identificare e a rendere disponibili quelle tecnologie innovative, dette abilitanti, che assicureranno il salto generazionale, generando ritorni positivi e progresso economico e sociale per l'intero sistema Paese, a beneficio delle nuove generazioni. Le risorse che lavoreranno all'interno di questo programma avranno l'opportunità di accedere ad un percorso di crescita professionale in un contesto internazionale e tecnologicamente avanzato. All'interno dell'Area Tech Integration Team, stiamo ricercando un/a Project Engineering Management per la nostra sede di Torino - C.so Francia. La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Supportare la cattura delle esigenze di data transfer interne ai siti LDO e con i partners, catturando le esigenze a supporto dell'Engineering Plan operativo, ingaggiando tutti i Teams ingegneristici competenti nel rispetto dell'indirizzo di tutti i processi, gli approcci ed i tools utilizzati. Supportare il coordinamento del team ingegneristico, la preparazione del materiale interno per gli scambi da/per i partners a supporto delle Review e delle attività ingegneristiche interne e con i partners internazionali. Supportare il progress monitoring tramite check periodici dello status delle azioni di competenza. Supportare l'emissione degli inputs periodici di competenza della UO verso le UO Program Management e International Programme & Partnerships Development per l'emissione dei piani e reporting richiesti dal Programma. Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria aerospaziale, Elettronica, TLC Seniority: Junior/Expert (3-4 anni di esperienza) Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: Project Management System Engineering Conoscenza di base dei processi ingegneristici Capacità di sintesi ed integrazione Nulla Osta di Sicurezza Competenze comportamentali: Capacità di lavorare in Team con approccio multidisciplinare e proiezione internazionale. Capacità di relazionarsi con culture lavorative estere. Proattività e capacità di portare avanti i task assegnati ad un buon grado di autonomia, rispettando le scadenze assegnate. Conoscenze linguistiche: Livello di Inglese B2, preferibilmente C1 (con particolare interesse a termini relativi all'ambito ingegneristico, velivolistico, project management) Conoscenze Informatiche: Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, MS Project Altro: Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale e internazionale anche di lunga durata.
