We are Quantis.This role supports the development and delivery of ESG strategies solutions that address key challenges of Quantis clients, ensuring that the proposed delivery meets clients' needs. Your mission will be to maintain Quantis at the cutting edge of your area of expertise to maximize the quality and impact of our advice to transform our clients, and to continuously improve our offerings.As a Sustainability Expert – ESG Strategy you will:Be a subject matter expert for Quantis in the field of ESG Strategy, contributing to multiple client projects with your strategic sustainability consulting skillsDevelop credible, trusted relationships with senior client project contacts, guiding them from crafting the brief to developing ESG strategies, supporting ESG data collection & reporting, crafting communication and engagement solutions for internal workforce and customers.You will be successful in your role if you:You're able to lead client-facing strategic environmental sustainability projectsYou have strong client-facing skills, with the ability to understand client needsMaster sustainability expertise areas such ESG strategy (corporate and product-oriented), target setting, materiality assessment, CSRD, reporting, sustainability communication and marketing, change management solutions for sustainability.DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?You're motivated to put your expertise to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.For 5+ years you've been sharpening your ESG strategy skills in a professional setting, with some experience in the consulting and private sector.You can quickly understand technical and complex topics and can translate them to a non-technical audience.You're able to define sustainability strategies, action plans and target settings.You have experience in working on sustainability topics and reporting issues, especially around CRSD, non-financial disclosure, CDP reporting, ESG strategy design and developmentYou can deliver stakeholder engagement projects, including but not limited to design ESG strategies, run materiality assessments, delivering CSRD-aligned gap analysis, preparing and writing sustainability reports, crafting compelling storylines.You have worked with corporate senior executives and are at ease with challenging discussion.You are self-confident, able to both listen and be assertive when needed to advice C-suite clients.You're motivated for teamwork and supporting a team.You get excited about guiding companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy.You communicate effectively in fluent Italian and English.You have demonstrated the ability to coach, teach, and mentor others with your knowledge and skills, in an academic and/or corporate setting.AS A SUSTAINABILITY EXPERT, HERE'S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE:Working closely with our Global and Branch Communication & Engagement team to manage and delivery projects and to develop new businessesDeveloping unique innovative solutions to address challenges related to sustainability strategies, communication & engagements solutions, together with other Sustainability Experts, Project Managers and StrategistsGuiding our clients with a strong consultant posture from crafting the brief to developing excellent ESG strategy deliverablesWrite engaging stories that translate environmental metrics into relevant communication assets across digital/print media, including presentations, reports, infographics, brochures, videosExplaining many standard Quantis solutions and their interdependencies in a credible and compelling wayProactively identifying further sales opportunities at active clientsChallenging an operating budget with additional servicesMentoring and guiding Sustainability SpecialistsIdentifying process or system improvements that could improve project team effectivenessEnabling the successful delivery of projects in every stage of own workTO THRIVE IN THE QUANTIS CULTURE, YOU'LL:Show up as team collaborator with a win-win attitude: empathetic, attentive and supportive of colleagues when co-designing or co-delivering a project.Take responsibility and ownership for your work: think and act with autonomy or authority, while knowing when to ask for help.Take initiative if something needs to be done.Be positive Use positive language, look at challenges not as bottlenecks, but as problems to solve, and see setbacks as lessons learned.Practice open and transparent communication;
